All items are shipped from South Africa. We have two shipping options:

Airmail parcel service: this is a cost-effective solution for smaller parcels but does not offer a tracking service. Delivery can take three to five weeks.
EMS courier: this courier solution partners with local post offices and will offer both a tracking number and speedier delivery, generally ten to fourteen working days.
NOTE: Many countries add extra import taxes and VAT to incoming packages from foreign companies. It is up to you, the customer, to know about and to pay for the shipping taxes in your own country. Mason Shop is not responsible for any additional costs accrued from custom taxation or abandoned packages. International vendors must agree to these terms when placing orders.
