Registration
Anyone can browse our web sites – www.masonshop.co.za. Before one can purchase, we request the purchaser to register with us. If you are a member of the public a simple and easy to use registration form is completed and submitted to the web site. If you are an interior decorator, then there is a special registration section where trade references are required in order to benefit from a trade discount. We will advise you via email when you are registered to purchase.
Making a purchase
To purchase any of the merchandise available from Mason Shop, browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Shopping Cart using the Add to Cart button. All prices indicated on the website are INCLUSIVE OF VAT. After you have finished your selection, click the Checkout button, and you will be asked for a few details in order that we are able to satisfy the order. For all orders that are less than R1500 (VAT inclusive) a delivery charge of R99 minimum applies and will be added to the goods purchased. If the value of goods purchased, are in excess of R1500 (Vat inclusive) then delivery is free anywhere within South Africa. For all deliveries outside of South Africa, please contact [email protected] to determine courier costs. Once you have checked out, you will be directed to the www.payfast.co.za website for secure and hassle free payment of the goods purchased. The site accepts credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside of the Republic of South Africa or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery in SA for sales in excess of R1,500.00 with hassle free returns. Where delivery charges are required and you are buying from a country outside RSA we will contact you directly to discuss courier charges.
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 days of your order being placed, providing all items are in stock. We do not send out packages or courier items on Saturdays or Sundays or public holidays. At all times we will endeavor to send your chosen merchandise to you as quickly as possible.
Credit Card Security
Your credit card details are handled and processed via our secure payment processor www.payfast.co.za. Your card details are never used without your authorisation and knowledge.
Back Orders
Due to the popularity of some products or services, Mason Shop may not always have products or services ordered by you in stock. If the products and services ordered by you are not available or only a portion is available, you may cancel the order, or re-order the quantity that is available, or place a backorder, or get a refund. Once the products or services become available, it will be shipped to you. Back orders will not be kept for over 6 weeks.
Refunds and Returns
If you are unhappy with of a product, just send it back to us in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt (in its original state and with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace – it’s that simple. We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, made-to-order items and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our offices. We strongly advise that a proof of collection should be obtained when returning any part of you order.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. We will contact you to obtain your credit card or banking details so that we can refund you within 10 days of receipt of the goods by Mason Shop.
